Purpose

The Before and After Child Care (B.A.C.C.) Program is a child care program offered by Center Cass School District #66. The purpose of this program is to provide a safe, convenient, and stimulating environment for those children who need before and/or after school supervision. The program is available to District #66 children in grades K - 5 and is housed at Prairieview Elementary School .

Program Format

The B.A.C.C. program operates five days per week during the school year excluding the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break. Parents will have the opportunity to enroll their children in the full day-care program prior to each no-school day. The B.A.C.C. program will only operate on no-school days with sufficient enrollment.

Before School
7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
After School
2:25 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
After Kindergarten
11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Fee Schedule is as follows:

Before and After Care (1st-5th Grade) $15.25/day
Before and After Kindergarten Care $30.50/day
Full Day Care (No-School Days) $33.50/day
