Grade Reporting to Parents
Procedures / Guidelines
First Trimester
Six Week Reports (Mid-Term)
Parents will receive a written progress report sent home with students.
This report must be signed and returned to the teacher on a given date.
This progress report will state how the student is progressing in the classroom including strengths and/or weaknesses.
Twelve Week Reports (Report Cards)
Parents will receive a written or “hard copy” report card that will be sent home with students in a report card envelope.
The envelope needs to be signed and returned to school.
Second Trimester
Six Week Reports (Mid-Term)
Only parents of students who are not meeting grade level expectations will receive a written progress report via their student.
This report must be signed and returned to the teacher on a given date.
