Grade Reporting to Parents
Procedures / Guidelines
All three trimesters follow the same procedures listed below.
Three Week Reports
Parents will receive an email from the Lakeview office stating when we have reached the three week point of the trimester. Parents will be encouraged to view their child’s grade via Parent Connect
Students with one or more “F” grades will be ineligible to participate in extra-curricular activities until the grade is passing.
Parents will be notified via U.S. Postal Mail of their child’s ineligibility.
Families without email / internet access will receive a progress report for any class in which their child is earning a grade of “D or F” via the US Post Office Mail.
Six Week Reports (Mid-Terms)
Parents will receive an email from the Lakeview office stating when we have reached the six week point of the trimester. They will be encouraged to view their child’s grade via Parent Connect.
Students with one or more “F” grades will be ineligible to participate in extra-curricular activities until the nine week reports pending a passing grade.
Parents will be notified via U.S. Postal Mail of their child’s ineligibility.
Families without email / internet access will receive a progress report from each class for their child via the U.S. Post Office.
Nine Week Reports
Parents will receive an email from the Lakeview office stating when we have reached the nine week point of the trimester. They will be encouraged to view their child’s grade via Parent Connect
Students with one or more “F” grades will be ineligible to participate in extra-curricular activities until the twelve week reports (Report Card) pending a passing grade.
Parents will be notified via U.S. Postal Mail of their child’s ineligibility.
Families without email / internet access will receive a progress report for any class in which their child is earning a grade of “C, D or F” via the US Post Office Mail.
Twelve Week Reports (Report Cards)
Parents will receive an email from the Lakeview office stating when we have reached the twelfth week point of the trimester. They will be encouraged to view their child’s grade via Parent Connect
A “hard copy” report card will be sent home with students. A signed report card envelope will be required to be returned to school.
Students with one or more “F” grades will be ineligible to participate in extra-curricular activities until the three week reports pending a passing grade.
Parents will be notified via U.S. Postal Mail of their child’s ineligibility.
