 Fitness assessment: Complete Fitnessgram Physical Fitness Tests and compare results to Fall scores.


 

 

 Pickleball: Work on forehands, backhands, and volleys. Display an understanding of the rules of single and/or doubles and demonstrate that understanding through game play. For the rules of pickleball check these sights out.


 

 Table tennis: Work on the skills of the games. Demonstrate and understanding of the rules by applying them to a game situation.


 

 Badminton: Work on game skills and apply them to a game situation. Demonstrate and understanding of the rules of singles and doubles by applying them to a game.


 

 Softball: Work on the skills of hitting and fielding, of base running, and of the rules as related to a game situation.


 

 Soccer: Work on the skills of dribbling, passing, and shooting. Put the skills into a game format. Rules
