 Fitness assessment: Complete Fitnessgram Physical Fitness Tests and compare results to Fall scores.


 

 

 Pickleball: Work on forehands, backhands, and volleys. Display an understanding of the rules of single and/or doubles and demonstrate that understanding through game play. For the rules of pickleball check these sights out.


 

 Table tennis, singles and doubles: Work on the skills of the games. Demonstrate and understanding of the rules by applying them to a game situation.


 

 Badminton: Work on game skills and apply them to a game situation. Demonstrate and understanding of the rules of singles and doubles by applying them to a game.


 

Soccer: Practice the soccer skills of dribbling and passing and incorporate these skills into a game of soccer. Display an understanding of the rules of soccer.

 

 

 Softball: Work on the skills of hitting and fielding, of base running, and of the rules as related to a game situation.


 

 Tennis: Work on forehands, backhands, and serves. Use the "lobster" to help with stroke practice. Apply tennis scoring to mini games.


 

 Develop a group jump rope routine that is 2 minutes long and includes at least 8 different moves and is synchronized.


 

 Develop a group step routine that incorporates 8 different step moves, uses 3 sides of the step, faces 3 wall, is 2 minutes long, is synchronized, and moves at a pace sufficient to elevate the heart rate to near the target zone.
