Fitness Plan Evaluation

 

This is a report comparing your fitness scores to your goals and your plan to meet your goals. 

Write one paragraph for each of the 4 fitness areas for which you wrote a fitness plan.  They are:

 

  1. Aerobic endurance

 

  1. Muscular strength and endurance (abs)

 

  1. Muscular strength and endurance (upper body)

 

  1. Flexibility

 

 

 

 

For each of the four fitness tests that you wrote a plan to improve, do the following:

 

a.  state your fall score                                    

b.  state you goal                                                          

c.      state your spring score                       

d.      did you improve your score                     

e.      did you meet your goal                    

 

f.        write an essay stating why you did or did not meet your goal,

what you did (or did not do) to meet your goal and

what part of your fitness plan worked or did not work.

 

 

Attach your:

 

1. Fitness evaluation sheet

2. Completed and your fitness plan

3. Your final exam comparison

 

 

Example:

 

Aerobic endurance:

 

My fall mile time was 10:05.  My goal was 9:45.  My spring score was 9:50.  I improved my time but did not meet my goal.  I improved my time because I ran twice a week for 30 minutes and walked or rode my bike twice a week for 45 minutes.  These were part of my fitness plan and I believe I improved because I tried to follow my plan.                                                                                  _
