Final Exam

 

Based on your September fitness tests, write a fitness plan for yourself to improve your aerobic endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.  You will follow this plan from now until May 1st, when you will repeat the fitness tests and evaluate your fitness plan.  The plan will be graded on your ability to follow the FITT principle.
