Facility Use Request

District 66 facilities are available for community use/rental based on availability. (View the calendar at the bottom of this page.) Buildings are not available during school breaks and three/four-day weekends. **Facility requests for the 2019-20 school year will not be accepted until late August or early September. This allows all of our district and school calendars and events to be entered prior to external groups reserving space. Please check back for updated information on this page in August.**

In general, gyms are available for external use as follows:

Weeknights:  6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sundays:  10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

1.) REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT - All facility requests are completed online
The first step to make a facility use request is to create a user account. You can do so by clicking the Register icon to the left of the video below. A copy of your group's Certificate of Insurance should be uploaded at the time you create your account. (All events, other than routine homeowner association meetings, require a Certificate of Insurance per our Terms of Agreement above.) Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. Your request will go through an approval process. Once approved, you will receive an email notifying you of this approval. The video and Quick Start Guide below will provide additional information. 
 

2.) LOGIN & RESERVE - (after user account approved)

Once your account has been approved, you may submit Facility Use Requests. This should be done at least a week in advance of the date requested and you must receive an email confirmation approving your requests before you may utilize the facilities. Click the Log In icon to the left of the video below to reach the Login screen. The video and Quick Start Guide below will further explain the reservation process.

If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District Office.
