On Saturday, December 5th and Saturday, December 12th, the Center Cass Community Band along with the District 66 and District 61 bands held their annual food drive to support the West Suburban Community Pantry. The food drive was a huge success. We collected over 3,000 pounds of food, over 100 toys, and over $800 in monetary donations. Collections took place at Lakeview JHS and Eisenhower JHS. The West Suburban Community Pantry serves individuals and families in the surrounding communities. The need is great right now with the pandemic affecting more people than ever before. The WSCP is appreciative of our donation and the generosity of the District 66 and District 61 communities. A huge thanks to everyone who came out to make a donation.
The Center Cass Community Band is an adult Concert Band whose members are connected to Center Cass Dist. 66. We hope to be performing for our community soon.
