Registration 2023-2024 for Current (Returning) Students
All families of current District 66 students need to complete this process to enroll their returning student(s) for the 2023-2024 school year.

*Athletic Physical Examinations are required for all 6th-8th grade students wishing to participate in the interscholastic athletic program at Lakeview Junior High School. They must have an Athletic Physical Exam Form signed by a doctor on file prior to tryouts.
