Due to the National Weather Service Extreme Cold Warning, there will be no school tomorrow, Friday, January 23, 2026. School will resume on Monday, January 26th. Friday will be a traditional day off school (snow day), thus there are no student responsibilities for academic work tomorrow through District 66. What a morning! 🎉The Roar & Run Fun Run lived up to its name—SO much fun! Our Ide Lions & Prairieview Panthers ran their hearts out, cheered on by families filling the field with energy and support. Best of all, every step helped raise funds for TEAM 66!
Staff came together today to prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, and it was great to see so many smiling faces! Dr. Wise shared words of appreciation, and Board President Brian Liedtke delivered a heartfelt message alongside Board Members Megan DuPass and Adam Sage. Staff also enjoyed breakfast from a waffle truck and spent time in Lakeview’s updated common area. It’s a fantastic start to the year!

Due to projected snowfall accumulations and the timing of the snow, it is in the best interest of Center Cass students and employees to cancel school tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12. Tomorrow will be a traditional snow day, and no work is required for students. There will also be no before- or after-school care or activities. We will make up the day at the end of the school year.
