This past weekend, the Lakeview Choir, Jazz Ensemble, and Symphonic Winds traveled to Cleveland, Ohio where they competed in the Music in the Parks Festival!
The groups were highly successful, with the Choir receiving 3rd Place in their class, and the Jazz Ensemble and Symphonic Winds both earning 1st Place in their respective classes and both receiving 1st Overall in their Division!
A special shout out to 8th Grade Alto Saxophonist, Sean Sweeney, who was awarded an outstanding soloist recognition.
You can hear the Symphonic Winds and Jazz Ensemble perform their final concert of the year this Thursday at 7:00 PM at Lakeview Jr. High School.
